- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Global Corporate Solutions, Inc. and LinguaBridge Professional Services upon full execution by both parties. All Translator Interpreter services shall be delivered in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document and any attached service-level agreements.
- All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this engagement must hold recognized professional certifications (e.g., ATA, AIIC, or equivalent Philippine Commission on Accreditation and Accreditation Board credentials) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in the respective language pairs.
- Services shall be performed primarily at the International Convention Center, Philippines Manila, and at the buyer's corporate offices located in Makati City, Philippines Manila. Any additional locations within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area must be approved in writing by the buyer's project manager.
- The seller shall provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice for any substitution of the assigned Translator Interpreter. Substituted personnel must meet or exceed the qualifications of the originally assigned professional.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-PHL-MNL-00472) and include a detailed breakdown of services rendered.
- All translated documents and interpreted communications are subject to strict confidentiality. The Translator Interpreter and all supporting staff shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work in Philippines Manila.
- The buyer reserves the right to inspect the quality of all Translator Interpreter deliverables. Any work found to be below the agreed-upon professional standard shall be corrected at no additional cost to the buyer within five (5) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Philippines Manila in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.
- The seller is responsible for all travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses for Translator Interpreter staff operating within Philippines Manila during the service period, unless otherwise negotiated in a written addendum.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid or enforceable.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Translator Interpreter services in Philippines Manila. This document is valid for acceptance until July 15, 2025, after which it shall be considered expired unless renewed in writing.
