The Translator Interpreter services shall commence on June 20, 2025, and conclude no later than July 15, 2025. All on-site interpretation must be conducted at the buyer's primary office located at Bahnhofstrasse 142, Switzerland Zurich, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Procurement Director. The Translator Interpreter is expected to be available between 08:00 and 18:00 CET on business days, with the option of extended hours (up to 21:00 CET) for urgent negotiation sessions. Any additional hours beyond the contracted duration will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the buyer before the Translator Interpreter commences the additional work.

• The buyer reserves the right to request a substitution of the assigned Translator Interpreter with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours) if performance does not meet the agreed quality standards. Any such substitution shall not alter the pricing structure of this Purchase Order.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Switzerland Zurich, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
• This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all services or the expiration date stated in the header, whichever occurs first.
