This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Corporate Services LLC to formally engage the services of a certified Translator Interpreter for a series of corporate, legal, and commercial events to be conducted in United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Translator Interpreter shall provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services across multiple language pairs, including but not limited to Arabic (Gulf dialect), English, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, and French. The engagement is specifically tailored to the multilingual business environment of United Arab Emirates Dubai, where cross-cultural communication is a daily operational necessity.
The Translator Interpreter shall be a professionally certified linguist holding valid credentials recognized by the Dubai Municipality and the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Culture and Youth. The service provider must ensure that the assigned Translator Interpreter possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in corporate and legal interpretation within the United Arab Emirates Dubai market. All interpretation services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the professional standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 13639) and the local regulatory framework governing professional services in the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed exclusively within the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates Dubai, and the Translator Interpreter shall be physically present at the designated venue unless otherwise specified for remote engagements.
4.2 The Supplier warrants that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, legal, and commercial information encountered during the course of service delivery in United Arab Emirates Dubai. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
4.3 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in the United Arab Emirates. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.
4.4 Cancellation policy: The Buyer may cancel any scheduled Translator Interpreter session with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event shall be subject to a 50% fee of the contracted rate for that specific session.
4.5 The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with a minimum of 72 hours' advance confirmation of the Translator Interpreter's availability and identity. In the event of substitution, the replacement Translator Interpreter must meet or exceed the qualifications specified in this Purchase Order.
4.6 Governing law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall first be subject to mediation in United Arab Emirates Dubai before escalation to litigation.
4.7 The Supplier is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, visas, and professional registrations required for the Translator Interpreter to legally provide interpretation services within United Arab Emirates Dubai.
