This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Corporate Services Ltd. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the engagement of a qualified Translator Interpreter for the Buyer's ongoing corporate, legal, and diplomatic operations conducted in United Kingdom London.

The Buyer requires the services of a certified Translator Interpreter who shall be physically present at the Buyer's principal offices located in the City of London, as well as at various satellite venues across United Kingdom London, including but not limited to the South Bank Conference Centre, the Royal Courts of Justice, and the European Union Trade Delegation offices in Westminster. The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must hold recognised accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) and possess a minimum of eight years of professional experience in multilingual interpretation within the United Kingdom London business and legal sectors.

The Supplier shall provide the following Translator Interpreter services as specified in this Purchase Order:

3.1 Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier must confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to confirm within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.

3.2 Qualification of Translator Interpreter: The Translator Interpreter assigned to fulfil the obligations under this Purchase Order must be a fully accredited professional registered with the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) and must demonstrate proven experience operating within the United Kingdom London professional services market. The Buyer reserves the right to request a replacement Translator Interpreter should performance not meet the standards outlined herein.

3.3 Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement. All documents, conversations, and materials encountered during the provision of services in United Kingdom London shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the Buyer.

3.4 Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-LON-TR-0472) and shall be submitted to the Buyer's Accounts Payable department at 42 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1AA, United Kingdom.

3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all Translator Interpreter services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
