This Purchase Order is issued by Atlantic Corporate Solutions LLC to formally authorize and request the professional services of a certified Translator Interpreter to be deployed and rendered in the United States Miami metropolitan area. The Translator Interpreter shall provide real-time oral interpretation and written translation services in support of the Buyer's international trade negotiations, legal proceedings, and multilingual client consultations scheduled to take place at the Buyer's primary office located in United States Miami.
The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of documented professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. The Translator Interpreter shall be fluent in English and Spanish, with demonstrated proficiency in legal, commercial, and medical terminology relevant to the United States Miami business and judicial environment. All services shall be performed on-site in United States Miami unless otherwise specified in writing by the Buyer.

All Translator Interpreter services referenced in this Purchase Order shall commence on June 20, 2025, and shall be completed no later than July 11, 2025. The Translator Interpreter shall report to the designated locations within United States Miami no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start time of each engagement. The Supplier shall confirm the identity, credentials, and availability of the assigned Translator Interpreter in writing to the Buyer no fewer than five (5) business days prior to the first service date.
- Payment Terms: Payment of the full amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be due within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Supplier's invoice. Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the account designated by LinguaBridge Professional Services Inc. No late fees shall accrue if payment is made within the stipulated period.
- Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter assigned under this Purchase Order shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any services in United States Miami. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications encountered during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the Buyer's written consent.
- Professional Standards: The Translator Interpreter shall adhere to the ethical codes established by the American Translators Association (ATA) and the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT). Any breach of professional conduct shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
- Substitution: The Supplier shall not substitute the assigned Translator Interpreter without prior written approval from the Buyer. Any proposed replacement must possess equivalent or superior qualifications and must be confirmed in writing at least three (3) business days in advance.
- Travel and Accommodation: All travel, lodging, and per diem expenses incurred by the Translator Interpreter while performing services within the United States Miami metropolitan area are included in the rates specified in Section 3. No additional charges shall be submitted for intra-city travel.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall be liable only for services actually rendered up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence for all Translator Interpreter services performed in United States Miami. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the Buyer upon request.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in United States Miami. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution by both authorized representatives.
