This Purchase Order is issued by GlobalBridge International Consulting LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to formally authorize and request the engagement of a certified Translator Interpreter for on-site linguistic services to be performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The Buyer requires professional translation and interpretation support for a series of bilateral trade negotiations, technical facility inspections, and regulatory compliance meetings scheduled to take place over a period of six (6) consecutive business days at the Tashkent International Trade Center and the Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs offices in downtown Tashkent.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall be fluent in English, Uzbek, and Russian, with a minimum of eight (8) years of documented professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation within the fields of international trade, industrial engineering, and legal compliance. The Translator Interpreter must hold a recognized certification from the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) or an equivalent body accredited in Uzbekistan Tashkent.

Payment for the services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the account of Silk Road Language Solutions LLP. The payment schedule is as follows: forty percent (40%) of the total amount, equivalent to USD 6,280.00, shall be due within ten (10) business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining sixty percent (60%), equivalent to USD 9,420.00, shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all Translator Interpreter services in Uzbekistan Tashkent and submission of the final service report. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All Translator Interpreter services shall be physically performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent, specifically at the Tashkent International Trade Center (located at 27 Navoi Avenue) and the offices of the Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (located at 14 Amir Temur Avenue). The Supplier is responsible for arranging local transportation for the Translator Interpreter between venues within Tashkent. The Buyer shall provide a valid business visa invitation letter for the Translator Interpreter to enter Uzbekistan Tashkent no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement date. Accommodation for the Translator Interpreter during the six-day engagement period shall be provided by the Buyer at a four-star hotel in central Tashkent.

The Buyer reserves the right to evaluate the performance of the Translator Interpreter on a daily basis. Any deficiencies in accuracy, fluency, or professional conduct shall be reported in writing to the Supplier within twenty-four (24) hours. The Supplier shall replace the Translator Interpreter within forty-eight (48) hours at no additional cost if the Buyer determines, in good faith, that the assigned individual does not meet the qualifications specified in this Purchase Order. All translated documents must be reviewed and approved by the Buyer's legal counsel before final acceptance.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all trade secrets, technical data, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Uzbekistan Tashkent. No recordings, notes, or copies of any confidential material shall be retained by the Translator Interpreter or the Supplier after the conclusion of services. Violation of this clause shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and legal action in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this Purchase Order related to Translator Interpreter services in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
