5.1 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order concerning the engagement of the University Lecturer shall be submitted to the competent administrative courts of Marseille, France, in accordance with the provisions of the Code de la commande publique and the Code de justice administrative.

5.2 – Payment Terms

Payment shall be made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice by the Direction des Achats et de la Commande Publique of Aix-Marseille Université, Marseille. 5.3 – Obligations of the University Lecturer

The University Lecturer shall:

Termination for cause (faute grave) shall be effective immediately upon written notification.

5.6 – Confidentiality and Data Protection

The University Lecturer shall treat all student data, research data, and institutional information as strictly confidential. All processing of personal data shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés (Loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, as amended).
