Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Tel Aviv University, Israel, and constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of University Lecturer services and associated academic resources as itemized above.
- The University Lecturer shall commence duties no later than 01 September 2025 and shall fulfill all obligations in accordance with the academic calendar of Tel Aviv University for the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of a valid invoice submitted to the Office of Academic Procurement, Tel Aviv. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (TAU-PO-2025-04872) and include the vendor's VAT registration number.
- All services rendered by the University Lecturer shall comply with the academic standards, intellectual property policies, and ethical guidelines established by Tel Aviv University and in accordance with the Higher Education Law, 5755-1995, of the State of Israel.
- The University Lecturer agrees that all course materials, lecture notes, examinations, and digital content created under this Purchase Order shall be the intellectual property of Tel Aviv University, with the University Lecturer retaining attribution rights.
- Any modifications to the scope of work, schedule, or deliverables must be approved in writing by both parties prior to implementation. No verbal amendments to this Purchase Order shall be valid.
- The University Lecturer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 ILS throughout the duration of this engagement in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- The University reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice in the event of material breach, non-performance, or failure to meet the academic quality standards expected of a University Lecturer at Tel Aviv University.
- All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the relevant regulations of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
