- This Purchase Order is issued by Yangon International University of Applied Sciences for the engagement of a qualified University Lecturer to deliver academic instruction, research supervision, and curriculum development services at its primary campus located in Insein Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
- The University Lecturer shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with a minimum of five (5) years of documented teaching experience at the university level in Myanmar or an equivalent international institution.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed in accordance with the academic calendar of the University as published for the 2025–2026 academic year, and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- The University Lecturer shall maintain professional conduct at all times on the Yangon campus and in all university-affiliated activities. Any breach of the University's Code of Academic Ethics shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without further compensation.
- Payment shall be disbursed in quarterly instalments of MMK 9,082,500 (nine million eighty-two thousand five hundred Myanmar Kyat) each, payable within thirty (30) calendar days following the submission of a valid invoice and the University's internal performance review for the respective quarter.
- The University reserves the right to withhold payment for any quarter in which the University Lecturer fails to meet the minimum contact-hour requirement of 120 hours per academic year, as verified by the Department of Academic Affairs in Yangon.
- All intellectual property, including but not limited to course materials, examination papers, research outputs, and workshop content developed under this Purchase Order, shall remain the sole property of Yangon International University of Applied Sciences, Yangon, Myanmar.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Yangon District Court or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- The University Lecturer shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary work permits, tax registrations, and professional certifications required to perform academic services in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with applicable national and local regulations.
- This Purchase Order may be amended or terminated by mutual written agreement of both parties. In the event of termination, the University Lecturer shall complete all outstanding academic obligations, including final examinations and student assessments, before the effective date of termination.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the undersigned authorised representatives. Verbal agreements or modifications not documented in writing shall hold no legal force under this Purchase Order.
