5. Terms and Conditions
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan, specifically the Higher Education Act of 2018 and the Civil Service Regulations applicable to academic institutions in Sudan Khartoum.
- Commencement: The engagement of the University Lecturer shall commence on 1 September 2025, coinciding with the start of the Autumn academic semester at the University of Khartoum, Khartoum campus.
- Payment Schedule: All financial obligations outlined in this Purchase Order shall be disbursed on a monthly basis by the 5th working day of each month via bank transfer to the University Lecturer's designated account at the National Bank of Sudan, Khartoum branch.
- Performance Obligations: The University Lecturer shall maintain a minimum teaching evaluation score of 75% as assessed by student feedback panels conducted by the Quality Assurance Office of the University of Khartoum. - Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions within Sudan Khartoum.
- Compliance: The University Lecturer shall comply with all codes of conduct, academic integrity policies, and anti-corruption regulations established by the University of Khartoum and the Republic of the Sudan.
