Invoices must be submitted to the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, no later than the 5th business day of the month following the service period. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Section 224.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok, Thailand.
2. The University Lecturer shall comply with all academic standards, ethical guidelines, and institutional policies of Chulalongkorn University as well as the regulations set forth by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) of Thailand.
3. The University Lecturer warrants that all instructional materials, research outputs, and curriculum documents produced under this Purchase Order shall be original and free from intellectual property infringement. All such works shall be the joint property of the University Lecturer and Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.
4. The University Lecturer shall maintain valid professional qualifications, including but not limited to a doctoral degree in the relevant discipline and a valid teaching license recognized by the Thai Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. The University Lecturer shall be subject to the university's code of conduct, anti-harassment policy, and data protection regulations in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
7. All services under this Purchase Order must be performed at the designated campus in Bangkok, Thailand, unless prior written approval is obtained from the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology for remote or off-site delivery.
8. This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment relationship. The University Lecturer is engaged as an independent academic service provider under the terms of this Purchase Order.
