- This Purchase Order constitutes a formal and binding agreement between the University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom, and the named University Lecturer. Acceptance of this Purchase Order shall be confirmed in writing by the University Lecturer within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of issue.
- All services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the academic calendar of the University of Westminster and in full compliance with the regulations of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017, as applicable in the United Kingdom.
- The University Lecturer shall maintain all necessary professional qualifications, including a valid Teaching Qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and a recognised doctoral degree, throughout the duration of this engagement in London, United Kingdom.
- Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-UKL-04872) and include the University Lecturer's VAT registration number.
- The University reserves the right to audit all expenditure related to this Purchase Order. The University Lecturer shall maintain accurate financial records for a minimum period of seven (7) years in accordance with UK tax legislation.
