This Purchase Order is issued by Atlas Digital Solutions SARL to formally request and authorize the procurement of specialized UX UI Designer services to be delivered and executed within the city of Algeria Algiers. The engagement covers the full spectrum of user experience and user interface design work required for the company's upcoming enterprise digital platform, including but not limited to user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual interface design, design system development, and usability testing.

The selected UX UI Designer shall operate primarily from the vendor's office located in Algeria Algiers and shall conduct all on-site meetings, workshops, and collaborative design sessions at the purchasing entity's headquarters in Hydra, Algeria Algiers, or at mutually agreed-upon locations within the Algiers metropolitan area. All deliverables must comply with the Algerian digital standards and accessibility regulations in force as of the date of this Purchase Order.

The UX UI Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall produce the following deliverables, all to be finalized and handed over at the vendor's premises in Algeria Algiers or via secure digital transfer:

• Comprehensive user research report including at least 15 stakeholder interviews conducted in Algeria Algiers.
• Complete set of low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for all major user flows.
• Interactive clickable prototype (Figma or equivalent) with documented usability test results.
• Full visual design system including color palette, typography, component library, and iconography.
• Responsive UI mockups for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Developer-ready design specifications with annotated screens and interaction guidelines.
• Two (2) months of post-launch design quality assurance support.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Algerian Commercial Code and applicable regulations in the Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algeria Algiers.
2. The UX UI Designer shall maintain full intellectual property transfer to Atlas Digital Solutions SARL upon final payment. All source files, design tokens, and documentation become the exclusive property of the purchasing entity.
3. Payment shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Algeria Algiers within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
4. The UX UI Designer is required to attend a minimum of three (3) on-site workshops per month at the client's office in Algeria Algiers. Additional on-site visits shall be billed at the hourly rate specified in Line Item 06.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, payment shall be due for all services rendered up to the termination date.
6. The vendor shall comply with all data protection and confidentiality obligations under Algerian law. No user data collected during research in Algeria Algiers shall be transferred outside the country without explicit written consent.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Algeria Algiers, shall extend deadlines proportionally without penalty to either party.
