This Purchase Order is issued by Nova Digital Solutions SRL, a company registered and operating in Belgium Brussels, to formally engage the services of Ms. Amélie De Smet, a certified UX UI Designer, for the duration and scope described below. The engagement of this UX UI Designer is intended to support the redesign and development of the company's flagship digital platform, ensuring that all user experience and user interface deliverables meet the highest industry standards expected in the competitive technology market of Belgium Brussels.

The UX UI Designer shall be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing high-fidelity prototypes, designing responsive interfaces, establishing a comprehensive design system, and providing ongoing usability testing support. All work shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards and regulations applicable in Belgium Brussels, including compliance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law and applicable data protection regulations under GDPR as enforced in Belgium.
