The UX UI Designer will be physically based and operating out of the Andes Digital Solutions office located in Chile Santiago, specifically at the Las Condes corporate campus, for the duration of the contracted period. The UX UI Designer engaged under this Purchase Order is expected to possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in digital product design, with demonstrated expertise in design systems, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), responsive web design, and mobile-first development workflows. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, as all project documentation, client communications, and design rationale presentations will be conducted in both languages to accommodate the bilingual team structure at our Chile Santiago headquarters.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andes Digital Solutions SpA and PixelCraft Design Studio SpA upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be rendered by the designated UX UI Designer at the Chile Santiago office unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The UX UI Designer shall comply with all applicable Chilean labor regulations, data protection laws (Ley 19.628), and corporate security protocols in effect at the Chile Santiago facility. A valid RUT and tax registration are required for all invoicing.
3. Payment terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid factura (invoice) issued in accordance with Chilean SII (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) requirements. Payment shall be made via transferencia bancaria to the account specified by the vendor.
4. All intellectual property, design assets, source files, and documentation produced by the UX UI Designer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Andes Digital Solutions SpA upon full payment.
5. The UX UI Designer is required to attend all weekly sprint planning and design review meetings held at the Chile Santiago office, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00 Chile Standard Time (CLT, UTC-4).
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the UX UI Designer shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the termination date.
7. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with Chilean commercial law.
8. The UX UI Designer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CLP 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Chile Santiago.
