Purchase Order UX UI Designer in Colombia Bogotá –Free Word Template Download with AI

This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of a qualified UX UI Designer to deliver comprehensive user experience and user interface design services for the Enterprise Platform Redesign project. All services shall be performed in Colombia, Bogotá, at the buyer's designated office or as mutually agreed upon by both parties. The UX UI Designer shall adhere to all project specifications, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards outlined in the attached Statement of Work.

1. Service Location: All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be produced and delivered in Colombia, Bogotá D.C. The UX UI Designer is expected to be physically present at the buyer's office (Av. El Poblado #19A-25) for a minimum of three (3) days per week unless remote collaboration is explicitly approved in writing by the project manager.
2. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four (4) equal installments of COP 25,625,000 each, due upon successful completion and written acceptance of each project phase. Invoices shall be submitted in accordance with Colombian tax regulations (DIAN compliance).
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all design assets, source files, design system components, and documentation created by the UX UI Designer shall become the exclusive property of Andina Digital Solutions S.A.S. The designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
4. Confidentiality: The UX UI Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Colombia, Bogotá. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A.
5. Revisions: Each phase includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles beyond the included amount shall be billed at COP 350,000 per hour and require a written change order amendment to this Purchase Order.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fifteen (15) calendar days written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall compensate the UX UI Designer for all work completed and accepted up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
8. Compliance: The UX UI Designer warrants that all deliverables comply with Colombian labor regulations, data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012), and applicable accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum).
9. Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Failure to commence work within this period shall render this document null and void unless extended in writing.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and scope of work defined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the UX UI Designer in Colombia, Bogotá. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties referenced herein.
