The UX UI Designer shall be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing high-fidelity interactive prototypes, establishing and maintaining a comprehensive design system, and providing ongoing design support throughout the product development lifecycle. All deliverables must adhere to the accessibility standards defined by the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and comply with the European Accessibility Act applicable within Germany Munich and the broader European Union jurisdiction.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany Munich.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice receipt via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MUC-04782) for proper accounting reconciliation.
3. Intellectual Property: All work product, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, design tokens, and documentation created by the UX UI Designer under this Purchase Order, shall be the exclusive property of AlpenTech Solutions GmbH upon full payment. 5. Compliance: All design deliverables must comply with the German General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) and the European Accessibility Act. The UX UI Designer shall ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for all interfaces.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall compensate the supplier for all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Work Location: Primary work shall be performed at the supplier's studio in Germany Munich (Ludwigsplatz 8) with mandatory on-site collaboration days at the buyer's headquarters (Maximilianstraße 27, Munich) no fewer than two days per week.
8. Acceptance: Deliverables shall be deemed accepted within five (5) business days of submission unless written objections are provided. Failure to respond within this period constitutes acceptance.
