All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be completed within a total project duration of fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract acceptance. The UX UI Designer is expected to be physically present at the Myanmar Yangon office no fewer than four (4) days per week during core business hours (09:00–17:00, Myanmar Standard Time). Milestone deliverables are due as follows:

• Week 2: Completion of user research reports and persona documents.
• Week 4: Delivery of approved wireframes and information architecture maps.
• Week 8: Submission of high-fidelity UI designs for all primary screens.
• Week 10: Completion of interactive prototypes and usability test reports conducted with Myanmar Yangon-based user panels.
• Week 12: Final design system documentation and developer handoff package.
• Weeks 13–14: Buffer period for revisions and final sign-off.

• Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Myanmar Yangon.
• 30% advance payment (MMK 10,815,000) due upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• 40% milestone payment (MMK 14,420,000) due upon delivery and approval of high-fidelity UI designs (Week 8).
• 30% final payment (MMK 10,815,000) due upon project completion and final acceptance (Week 14).
• All payments are subject to a standard 14-day net payment cycle from the date of invoice issuance.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature by both parties.
• The UX UI Designer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
• All intellectual property rights in the final design deliverables shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment.
