This Purchase Order is issued by TechNova Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. to formally engage the services of a qualified UX UI Designer for the development, redesign, and optimization of our enterprise digital platform. The UX UI Designer shall be based in and operate out of Pakistan Islamabad, ensuring direct collaboration with our in-house product team located at our Blue Area headquarters. The engagement covers the full design lifecycle including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual interface design, design system creation, and usability testing. All deliverables must comply with international accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and align with the brand identity guidelines established by TechNova Solutions.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TechNova Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. and Creative Pixel Studio (Pvt.) Ltd. upon countersignature by both parties. All work shall be performed in Pakistan Islamabad unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The UX UI Designer shall dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to this project and shall attend bi-weekly sprint reviews at the TechNova Islamabad office. Remote collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Jira) shall be used for day-to-day communication.
3. Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of high-fidelity designs, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's account registered in Pakistan Islamabad.
4. All intellectual property rights, source files, design assets, and documentation created under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of TechNova Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. upon full payment.
5. The UX UI Designer shall provide a minimum of two (2) revision cycles per deliverable milestone. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope shall be billed at PKR 15,000 per hour.
6. Confidentiality: The vendor and the assigned UX UI Designer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All project data shall be stored on servers physically located in Pakistan Islamabad in compliance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection regulations.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all work completed and accepted up to the termination date.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
9. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan Islamabad shall apply for any legal proceedings.
