This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage the services of a qualified UX UI Designer to deliver comprehensive user experience and user interface design solutions for the buyer's flagship digital platform. The UX UI Designer shall be based in Qatar Doha and shall report directly to the Digital Transformation Department. The scope of work encompasses the full design lifecycle, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development. All deliverables must comply with the buyer's brand guidelines and the accessibility standards mandated by the Qatar National Digital Strategy.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- The UX UI Designer shall maintain full-time availability during standard business hours (Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at the buyer's premises in Qatar Doha, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
- All intellectual property rights in the deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, design files, and documentation, shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- The Supplier shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Qatar Doha, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). No user data collected during research shall be stored outside the State of Qatar.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented via a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Unapproved scope changes shall not be compensated under this Purchase Order.
- The UX UI Designer shall provide weekly progress reports every Friday and attend bi-weekly steering committee meetings at the buyer's office in Qatar Doha.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Qatar Doha.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a UX UI Designer in Qatar Doha.
