This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Digital Solutions LLC to formally engage PixelCraft Design Studio FZ-LLC to provide comprehensive UX UI Designer services for the development, redesign, and optimization of the buyer's enterprise digital platform. The UX UI Designer shall be based and shall perform all professional duties within the city of Saudi Arabia Jeddah, specifically at the buyer's premises located on King Fahd Road, Al-Shati District, during the contracted engagement period.

The UX UI Designer is expected to deliver the following scope of professional services:

3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified and experienced UX UI Designer who holds a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in user experience and user interface design for enterprise-level digital products.

3.2 The UX UI Designer shall report to the Buyer's project manager on a daily basis and shall be physically present at the Buyer's office in Saudi Arabia Jeddah during standard business hours (Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saudi Arabian Standard Time). Remote work is not permitted under this Purchase Order unless explicitly approved in writing by the Buyer.

3.3 All intellectual property, design assets, source files, and documentation produced by the UX UI Designer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Buyer upon full payment. The Seller shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work.

3.4 Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery and approval of the High-Fidelity UI Design and Design System (Item 03), and 30% upon completion of the Post-Launch UX Optimization phase (Item 06). All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

3.5 The Seller warrants that the UX UI Designer assigned to this engagement shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, data protection regulations under the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3.6 Any change in scope beyond the deliverables outlined in this Purchase Order shall require a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional work shall be performed by the UX UI Designer without prior written authorization.

3.7 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall govern this agreement.

Each deliverable produced by the UX UI Designer shall be subject to a formal acceptance review by the Buyer's designated project manager. The Buyer shall have ten (10) business days from the date of delivery to issue a written acceptance or a detailed list of required revisions. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance. The UX UI Designer shall address all revision requests within five (5) business days of receipt.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a UX UI Designer in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
