This Purchase Order authorises the procurement of professional UX UI Designer services to be rendered in South Africa Johannesburg. The appointed UX UI Designer shall deliver the following key outputs over the contract period:
- Complete user research documentation including personas, journey maps, and task-flow diagrams for the primary platform redesign.
- Low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for all major user flows, reviewed and approved by the Veldt Digital product team in South Africa Johannesburg.
- High-fidelity UI designs in Figma with full annotation, responsive breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop), and dark-mode variants.
- A comprehensive design system comprising no fewer than 120 reusable components, 8 colour palettes, 4 type scales, and documented interaction patterns.
- Usability testing reports from a minimum of 12 participant sessions conducted at the Sandton office, South Africa Johannesburg.
- Accessibility compliance report aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, with remediation roadmap.
- Monthly progress reports submitted to the Head of Procurement, Veldt Digital Solutions, detailing milestones achieved, risks, and upcoming deliverables.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of the platform redesign (Month 8); 30% upon final delivery and sign-off.
