This Purchase Order is issued by Nexus Digital Solutions S.L. to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional UX UI Designer services to be delivered and executed in Spain Barcelona. The engagement covers the full design lifecycle for our flagship e-commerce platform redesign, including user research, wireframing, visual interface design, prototyping, usability testing, and final design system documentation. The UX UI Designer shall operate primarily from our offices located in Spain Barcelona, with the option of hybrid remote work as mutually agreed upon in the service-level agreement attached to this Purchase Order.

The UX UI Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following within the project timeline, all work to be conducted in Spain Barcelona unless otherwise specified:
- Comprehensive user research report including 12+ in-depth interviews conducted in the Spain Barcelona metropolitan area.
- Complete set of low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for all 45+ screens of the e-commerce platform.
- A fully annotated UI design kit in Figma, including component library, color palette, typography scale, and iconography set.
- Interactive clickable prototype with at least 5 user flows validated through moderated usability testing sessions held at our Spain Barcelona office.
- A living design system document with usage guidelines, accessibility compliance notes (WCAG 2.1 AA), and developer-ready specifications.
- Three (3) rounds of iterative design revisions per major milestone, with feedback cycles not exceeding five (5) business days.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Spain Barcelona:
- 30% (€8,610.36) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order and project kickoff.
- 40% (€11,480.48) – Due upon delivery and approval of the high-fidelity design package and prototype.
- 30% (€8,610.36) – Due upon final acceptance of all deliverables, design system documentation, and completion of the post-launch support period.
All invoices must reference Purchase Order number PO-2025-0847. Late payments shall incur interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Nexus Digital Solutions S.L. and Creative Pixel Studio S.L. upon countersignature by both parties.
- The UX UI Designer shall comply with all applicable Spanish labor regulations, data protection laws (GDPR / LOPDGDD), and professional standards while working in Spain Barcelona.
- All intellectual property created under this Purchase Order shall be transferred to Nexus Digital Solutions S.L. upon full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- The supplier guarantees that the UX UI Designer assigned to this project possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in UX/UI design and holds relevant certifications (e.g., NN/g UX Certification, Figma Professional).
- Any changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in a formal Change Order referencing this Purchase Order number and approved in writing by both parties before work commences.
- Confidentiality: All project materials, user data, and business information shared during the engagement in Spain Barcelona are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed separately.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Spain Barcelona, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Spain. The supplier's registered office in Spain Barcelona shall serve as the legal address for all correspondence and service of process.
