The UX UI Designer shall be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing high-fidelity mockups, building interactive prototypes, and establishing a complete design system that aligns with the brand identity and accessibility standards required for the Tanzanian market.
The engagement of the UX UI Designer is specifically tailored to the operational environment of Tanzania Dar es Salaam, taking into consideration local user behavior patterns, Swahili language integration, mobile-first design principles prevalent in the region, and compliance with the Bank of Tanzania's digital service guidelines. All design deliverables produced under this Purchase Order must reflect an understanding of the cultural and technological context of Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between East African Digital Solutions Ltd. and Mwanga Creative Design Studio for the provision of UX UI Designer services as described herein. Both parties acknowledge that all work shall be performed in or around Tanzania Dar es Salaam unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 The UX UI Designer shall deliver all project milestones within the timelines specified in the attached Statement of Work. Any delays exceeding five (5) business days without prior written approval from the issuing organization shall result in a penalty of 2% of the affected line item per day of delay.
3.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-TZ-DSS-2025-04782) and shall be submitted to the Accounts Payable department located in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
3.4 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design files, prototypes, wireframes, and design system documentation created by the UX UI Designer under this Purchase Order, shall vest exclusively in East African Digital Solutions Ltd. upon full payment.
3.5 The UX UI Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies disclosed during the engagement in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A.
3.6 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.
3.7 The supplier warrants that the UX UI Designer assigned to this project possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in user experience and user interface design, with demonstrated expertise in mobile-first design and digital product development relevant to the East African market.
By signing below, both parties confirm their acceptance of this Purchase Order and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined for the engagement of the UX UI Designer in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
