The UX UI Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing high-fidelity mockups, building interactive prototypes, establishing a comprehensive design system, and ensuring full accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) for all digital touchpoints. All deliverables must be produced while the UX UI Designer is stationed in Venezuela Caracas, attending in-person stakeholder meetings, usability testing sessions with local users, and cross-functional workshops with the engineering and product teams.

• Payment Schedule: 30% upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon delivery of high-fidelity designs, 30% upon final acceptance and project closure.

• Payment Window: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice.

• The vendor is responsible for obtaining any necessary work permits, visas, or local registrations required to operate legally in Venezuela Caracas.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Venezuela. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Venezuela Caracas under the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Caracas.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or infrastructure failures in Venezuela Caracas, shall extend deadlines proportionally.
