Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Clínica Veterinaria San Martín S.R.L., a registered veterinary practice operating in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of veterinary products and equipment listed above.
- The supplier, VetSupply Argentina S.A., acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all line items in accordance with the specifications, quantities, and delivery timeline stated herein.
- All pharmaceutical and biological products must carry valid ANMAT registration and must be within their expiration date (minimum 18 months remaining at the time of delivery in Buenos Aires).
- Equipment items (X-Ray unit, centrifuge, autoclave) must be delivered fully assembled, calibrated, and accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty certificate of no less than 24 months. Installation and operator training for the veterinary staff will be provided at the clinic premises in Buenos Aires at no additional cost.
- Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, in accordance with Argentine commercial law (Ley de Comercio 19.550).
- The supplier warrants that all goods are free from defects, conform to Argentine national standards (IRAM), and are fit for veterinary clinical use. Any non-conforming items must be replaced within five (5) business days at the supplier's sole expense.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified above in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signed receipt at the delivery location. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling within the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
- In the event of partial delivery, the supplier must notify the buyer in writing within 48 hours and provide a revised delivery schedule. The buyer reserves the right to reject any shipment that does not fully comply with this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the City of Buenos Aires. Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved in accordance with Argentine commercial and civil legislation.
- The veterinarian in charge (Dr. Ricardo Fernández, M.V., matrícula profesional N° 12.345, Colegio de Médicos Veterinarios de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) is the authorized signatory for this Purchase Order on behalf of the veterinary clinic.
