1. This Purchase Order is issued by Clinica Veterinaria Los Andes, a registered veterinary practice operating in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of veterinary pharmaceuticals, diagnostic equipment, and clinical consumables as itemized above.
2. The supplier, VetSupply Argentina S.A., acknowledges that all pharmaceutical products listed must comply with the regulations established by the Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) and the provincial veterinary authority of Córdoba. 4. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the commercial invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations.
