Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Clinica Veterinaria Vida Animal Ltda., a registered veterinary practice operating in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of veterinary products and equipment as itemized above.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and controlled substances listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations established by the Brazilian Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) and the Federal Council of Veterinary Medicine (CFMV) of Brazil.
- The supplier shall guarantee that all veterinary equipment and supplies are new, unused, and within their manufacturer's expiration dates. Any item found to be expired or defective upon delivery in Rio de Janeiro shall be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Delivery shall be made to the veterinary clinic address specified above in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, no later than the stated delivery date. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer (TED or PIX) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the commercial invoice (Nota Fiscal) issued by the supplier, in accordance with Brazilian tax regulations.
- The supplier is responsible for issuing a valid Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) for all items delivered, as required by the state of Rio de Janeiro and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
- All veterinary equipment included in this Purchase Order shall come with a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, with technical support available within the state of Rio de Janeiro.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
- The buyer reserves the right to modify or cancel this Purchase Order in writing up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, subject to a 5% administrative fee on the remaining balance.
- All veterinary medications and biological products must be transported under appropriate cold-chain conditions where applicable, as per ANVISA guidelines for the state of Rio de Janeiro.
