Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Coastal Veterinary Clinic, a licensed Veterinarian practice registered under the Egyptian Veterinary Syndicate, Alexandria Branch. All items listed herein are procured exclusively for the clinical and surgical operations of this Veterinarian facility located in Egypt Alexandria.
- The supplier shall deliver all goods to the specified address in Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Veterinarian clinic to a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- All veterinary medications, vaccines, and biological products must be accompanied by valid Egyptian Ministry of Health import permits, batch numbers, and cold-chain integrity certificates. The Veterinarian in charge will inspect all pharmaceutical items upon receipt before accepting delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Egypt within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the commercial invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods by the Veterinarian clinic's procurement officer.
- All equipment and supplies must comply with Egyptian Standards Organization (EGS) regulations and the Egyptian Veterinary Medical Association guidelines for clinical use in Egypt Alexandria.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty of twelve (12) months applies to all equipment items. The Veterinarian clinic reserves the right to reject non-conforming goods and request replacement or full refund.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods are intended for use by a licensed Veterinarian and shall not be resold or diverted. The Veterinarian clinic assumes full clinical responsibility for the administration of all medications and the use of all equipment listed in this Purchase Order.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not binding.
