- This Purchase Order is issued by Clinique Vétérinaire des Berges du Rhône, a registered veterinary practice operating in France Lyon, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of veterinary goods and equipment as itemised above.
- All products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the applicable French veterinary regulations, European Union medical device directives, and the specific standards set by the Ordre des Vétérinaires de France Lyon. The supplier warrants that all items are CE-marked and legally permitted for use by a licensed Veterinarian in France.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the receiving address stated above in France Lyon, no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are signed for by the designated Veterinarian or their authorised representative at the Lyon clinic premises.
