Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Veterinarian Supplies in Germany Frankfurt
- This Purchase Order is issued by Frankfurt Tierklinik Dr. Weber & Partner, a registered veterinary practice located in Germany Frankfurt am Main, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of the veterinary equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables listed above.
- All items supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the applicable regulations of the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and the European Union Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745. The Veterinarian in charge, Dr. Markus Weber, reserves the right to inspect all goods upon delivery at the Frankfurt facility.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified in Germany Frankfurt am Main no later than the required delivery date. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Veterinarian practice to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account of VetMedica Europe GmbH within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Germany.
- All pharmaceutical products must be stored and transported in compliance with the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz – AMG). Temperature-sensitive items must be delivered in validated cold-chain packaging.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment is new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum two-year manufacturer warranty applies to all capital equipment items listed in this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
- The Veterinarian practice in Frankfurt reserves the right to modify quantities by up to ±10% without issuing a revised Purchase Order, provided the total value does not exceed the grand total stated herein.
- All data processing related to this Purchase Order shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
