Delivery & Payment Terms- Delivery Address: Tierklinik Brandt & Kollegen, Maximilianstraße 142, 80539 Munich, Germany. Goods must be delivered to the receiving dock at the rear of the facility between 08:00 and 16:00 CET, Monday through Friday.
- Delivery Deadline: All items must be received no later than 28 June 2025. Perishable pharmaceuticals (Items 01, 02, 05, 08) must be shipped under cold-chain conditions (2–8 °C) with temperature-logging data provided upon delivery.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice, by SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Payment reference: PO No. VET-MUC-2025-04872.
- Incoterms: DAP (Delivered at Place) Munich, Germany, per Incoterms 2020.
- Quality Assurance: All pharmaceutical and medical device items must comply with EU Regulation 2019/6 (Veterinary Medicinal Products) and, where applicable, the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz). The Veterinarian reserves the right to inspect and reject non-conforming goods within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: The supplier warrants that all veterinary pharmaceuticals listed herein hold valid marketing authorizations from the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) or the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut, as applicable in Germany.
- Warranty: All equipment (Items 03, 06) carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall coordinate any warranty claims with the original manufacturer on behalf of the veterinary practice.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, quantities, and the nature of veterinary services for which the procured goods are intended, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and EU GDPR.
