Terms, Conditions & Veterinary Compliance Notes
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and vaccines listed in this Purchase Order must carry valid registration and approval from the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) of Ghana and the Veterinary Council of Ghana.
- The Lead Veterinarian, Dr. Efua Mensah, reserves the right to inspect and reject any consignment that does not meet the quality standards required for animal health practice in Ghana Accra.
- Vaccines and temperature-sensitive veterinary products must be delivered under a validated cold chain (2°C to 8°C) to ensure efficacy upon arrival at the clinic in Ghana Accra.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery and acceptance by the receiving Veterinarian at the Accra Veterinary Care & Animal Health Centre.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unexpired, and comply with the Veterinary Medicines Regulations of Ghana. Any counterfeit or substandard veterinary product will result in immediate rejection and contractual penalty.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this veterinary procurement shall be resolved through the courts of Ghana Accra.
- The supplier must provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and batch/lot numbers for all pharmaceutical and vaccine items as part of the delivery documentation.
- Delivery must be made to the clinic warehouse at 12 Independence Avenue, Osu, Ghana Accra, between 08:00 and 16:00 on any business day prior to the stated delivery deadline.
