- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Ananya Sharma, a licensed Veterinarian practising in India New Delhi, and constitutes a binding procurement request for the veterinary supplies and services listed above.
- All items shall be delivered to the veterinary clinic premises at Dwarka, New Delhi, India, within 21 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance by the supplier.
- Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier's designated bank account within 30 days of receipt of a valid GST tax invoice. The total amount payable is ₹ 12,03,205.00 (Rupees Twelve Lakh Three Thousand Two Hundred and Five Only).
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and biological products (vaccines, antibiotics) must comply with the regulations of the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) and the Delhi State Veterinary Drugs & Cosmetics Act. The supplier warrants that all items carry valid manufacturing and import licences.
- The Veterinarian (Buyer) reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any item found to be damaged, expired, or non-conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order shall be rejected and replaced at the supplier's sole cost within 7 working days.
- The portable veterinary ultrasound machine and dental equipment shall be installed, calibrated, and demonstrated by the supplier's certified technician at the clinic in New Delhi, India. A written warranty of minimum 2 years is required for all capital equipment.
- The annual preventive health check-up service (Item 8) shall be scheduled in coordination with the clinic's Veterinarian team and completed within 90 days of the Purchase Order date. All records shall be maintained in compliance with the India Animal Birth and Registration Rules, 2017.
- Microchips (Item 9) must be ISO 11784/11785 compliant and registered with the India National Pet Identification Database. The supplier shall provide a printed registration certificate for each implanted chip.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 days of the issue date. Failure to confirm in writing within this period shall render this document null and void.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the Buyer's office at the above-mentioned address in New Delhi, India, or via the email on record.
