All items referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the receiving address in Japan Kyoto no later than the required delivery date specified above. The vendor is required to coordinate delivery with the clinic's front desk, as the facility operates between 08:00 and 18:00 JST, Monday through Saturday. Deliveries must be made during business hours to ensure a staff member is present to inspect and sign for the goods. - This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the buyer (Kyoto Feline & Canine Veterinary Clinic) and the vendor (Nippon Veterinary Supply Co., Ltd.) upon written acceptance by both parties.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals must be licensed for use in Japan and comply with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW). The lead Veterinarian reserves the right to reject any product that does not meet these regulatory standards.
