TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER- Scope: This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Paw Veterinary Clinic, a licensed veterinary practice operating in Myanmar Yangon, for the procurement of veterinary pharmaceuticals, diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments, and consumable supplies required for the daily operation of the clinic and the professional practice of its veterinarian staff.
- Quality Assurance: All items listed in this Purchase Order must meet or exceed the standards set by the Myanmar Veterinary Council and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation. The supplier warrants that all veterinary medications and vaccines are within their expiration dates (minimum 18 months remaining) at the time of delivery in Myanmar Yangon.
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all goods to the clinic address at 125 Anawrahta Road, Kyauktada Township, Myanmar Yangon, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery must be made between 09:00 and 16:00 Myanmar Standard Time. The veterinarian on duty will inspect and sign the delivery receipt upon arrival.
- Payment: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount of 24,909,000 MMK shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods by the Lead Veterinarian.
- Warranty & Returns: All equipment items (X-Ray machine, examination tables, dental kits) carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Defective or non-conforming veterinary supplies may be returned within 14 days of delivery for full credit or replacement at the supplier's expense.
- Regulatory Compliance: The supplier confirms that all veterinary drugs, vaccines, and controlled substances included in this Purchase Order are legally importable and distributable within Myanmar. All necessary permits from the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority (MFDA) are in place.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Myanmar Yangon, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Myanmar Yangon.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to revision.
