Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Green Valley Veterinary Clinic, a registered veterinary practice operating in Kathmandu, Nepal, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and biological products listed in this Purchase Order must be within their valid expiry dates (minimum 18 months remaining) at the time of delivery to the clinic in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The supplier shall ensure that all diagnostic and imaging equipment complies with the standards set by the Department of Health Services, Government of Nepal, and the Nepal Veterinary Association guidelines.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall be made to the clinic premises at Thamel Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal. The Veterinarian in charge, Dr. Anisha Gurung, or her designated assistant shall inspect and sign the delivery receipt.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Nepal.
- The supplier warrants that all veterinary supplies, surgical instruments, and pharmaceuticals are genuine, unexpired, and sourced from approved manufacturers registered with the Nepal Drug Regulatory Authority.
- Any damaged, defective, or expired items discovered upon inspection shall be replaced at the supplier's sole cost within seven (7) working days. The Veterinarian at the clinic reserves the right to reject non-conforming goods.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed invoice, material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all pharmaceuticals, and calibration certificates for all electronic equipment as part of the delivery documentation.
- Partial deliveries are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by the Lead Veterinarian of the clinic. All items must arrive in a single consignment to Nepal Kathmandu by the stated delivery deadline.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between both parties. Verbal modifications shall hold no legal validity.
