NOTE: All pharmaceutical and vaccine items listed in this Purchase Order must carry valid NAFDAC (National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control) registration numbers. The Veterinarian in charge, Dr. Amina Yusuf, will inspect all deliveries upon arrival at the clinic premises in Nigeria Abuja before authorizing acceptance. Any item found expired, damaged, or lacking proper regulatory documentation will be rejected and returned at the supplier's expense. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between GreenPaws Veterinary Clinic & Animal Hospital (hereinafter "the Buyer") and MedVet Supplies Nigeria Ltd. (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the supply of veterinary medicines, equipment, and consumables as itemized above.
All goods shall be delivered to the Buyer's facility located at 14, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja, no later than 26 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 16:00 hours on the specified date.
Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods by the designated Veterinarian. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account details specified in this Purchase Order.
The Supplier warrants that all veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical devices supplied under this Purchase Order are genuine, unexpired, and compliant with all applicable regulations of NAFDAC and the Veterinary Council of Nigeria.
The Supplier shall provide a detailed delivery note, commercial invoice, and all relevant product registration certificates accompanying each shipment to Nigeria Abuja.
In the event of partial delivery or substitution of any item, the Supplier must obtain prior written approval from the Buyer's Procurement Officer and the supervising Veterinarian before any alternative product is dispatched.
Warranty: All equipment items (thermometers, stethoscopes, examination tables, X-ray machine) carry a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery. The Supplier shall coordinate warranty claims and repairs on behalf of the Buyer.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
The Supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all goods in transit to Nigeria Abuja. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer only upon physical receipt and written acceptance at the delivery address.
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or civil unrest affecting the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area.
