This Purchase Order is issued by Green Valley Veterinary Clinic, Islamabad, Pakistan, and is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
All veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and biological products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations set forth by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) and the Pakistan Veterinary Council (PVC). The vendor shall provide valid DRAP registration certificates and batch-specific quality assurance documentation for every pharmaceutical and vaccine item delivered.
The vendor, MedVet Supplies (Pvt.) Ltd., warrants that all veterinary equipment, surgical instruments, and diagnostic devices supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and conform to the specifications outlined in the attached technical annexure. A minimum warranty period of two (2) years shall apply to all capital equipment including the X-ray machine, anesthesia machines, and autoclave.
Delivery of all items shall be made to the clinic premises at F-10/2, Jinnah Avenue, Sector F-10, Islamabad, Pakistan, no later than 30 June 2025. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and inspected at the designated delivery point in Islamabad.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of successful delivery and written acceptance by the Chief Veterinarian, Dr. Sana Malik. The vendor shall issue a tax invoice compliant with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan requirements, including the vendor's NTN and GST registration number.
The vendor shall maintain a cold-chain integrity protocol for all temperature-sensitive veterinary vaccines and biological products. Temperature log sheets must accompany each shipment of vaccines. Any deviation from the required storage temperature range (2°C to 8°C) shall render the affected batch unacceptable, and the vendor shall replace such items at no additional cost.
This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. The vendor's written acceptance, signed by an authorized representative, shall constitute a binding agreement. Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
The vendor acknowledges that the items listed herein are intended exclusively for use in a licensed veterinary practice registered with the Pakistan Veterinary Council in Islamabad. The vendor shall not resell or divert any of the supplied veterinary pharmaceuticals or controlled substances to any other party.
In the event of non-delivery or delivery of substandard veterinary supplies, the clinic reserves the right to reject the shipment, withhold payment, and seek compensation for any loss of veterinary services or animal welfare incidents directly attributable to the defective or delayed goods.
All personal data and business information exchanged in connection with this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential in accordance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and applicable commercial confidentiality standards.
