Delivery Window: Within 14 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. All items must be delivered to the Veterinarian's clinic premises in Karachi during business hours (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).
Shipping Method: Ground freight via approved logistics partner within the Karachi metropolitan area. Fragile and temperature-sensitive veterinary medications must be transported in insulated containers compliant with Pakistan's Drug Regulatory Authority (DRAP) guidelines.
Incoterms: DAP (Delivered at Place) — Karachi, Pakistan.
5. Terms & Conditions- This Purchase Order is issued by the above-named Veterinarian practice in Pakistan Karachi and constitutes a binding procurement agreement upon written acceptance by the supplier.
- All veterinary equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables listed herein must comply with the standards set by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) and the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA).
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty of 12 months applies to all electronic veterinary diagnostic equipment (X-Ray, Ultrasound).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of goods at the Karachi clinic. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Pakistani commercial law.
- The Veterinarian reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within 7 working days. Any non-conforming or damaged goods must be replaced or refunded within 10 working days at the supplier's expense.
- All imported veterinary supplies must carry valid import permits, DRAP registration numbers, and batch/lot traceability documentation. The supplier shall provide certificates of analysis for all pharmaceutical items.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The supplier acknowledges that the purchased items are intended exclusively for use in a licensed Veterinarian practice serving the animal welfare community of Pakistan Karachi and shall not be resold or diverted.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Karachi region, shall extend delivery timelines by a mutually agreed period not exceeding 30 additional days.
