All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Al Rayyan Veterinary Clinic premises located in Doha, Qatar, no later than 30 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance (where applicable for imported veterinary pharmaceuticals), and insurance of goods until they are received and inspected at the Qatar Doha facility. Cold-chain items, including the Rabies Vaccine vials, must be transported in validated temperature-controlled containers maintaining a range of 2°C to 8°C throughout transit. The Veterinarian in charge at our clinic will conduct a full quality inspection upon receipt and issue a written acceptance or rejection notice within 48 hours of delivery.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Qatar (IBAN to be confirmed in the commercial invoice).
- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 60% balance payment within 30 days of successful delivery and inspection at the Qatar Doha site.
- Currency: All amounts are denominated in Qatari Riyal (QAR). No foreign currency fluctuations shall apply.
- Penalties: Late delivery beyond the stipulated deadline shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total value.
- Warranty: All equipment and pharmaceuticals must carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Veterinary pharmaceuticals must have a remaining shelf life of no less than 18 months at the time of delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: All veterinary medicines and devices must be registered with and approved by the Ministry of Municipality (Municipality) of Qatar and comply with the Qatar Standards and Metrology Organization (QSMO) regulations. The supplier shall provide all relevant import permits, certificates of analysis, and veterinary drug registration numbers prior to shipment.
As a licensed Veterinarian practice in Qatar Doha, our clinic is bound by the professional and regulatory standards set forth by the Qatar Veterinary Council. All items procured under this Purchase Order must meet or exceed the quality benchmarks required for safe animal patient care. The lead Veterinarian at our facility, Dr. Ahmed Al-Khalifi (License No. QVC-2019-0342), shall have final authority over the acceptance or rejection of any pharmaceutical or medical device. No item shall be used in clinical practice until it has been verified for authenticity, proper storage conditions, and regulatory compliance by the designated Veterinarian.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of the items listed herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The supplier acknowledges that the goods are intended exclusively for veterinary clinical use by a registered Veterinarian in Qatar Doha and shall not be resold or diverted to unauthorized parties.
