5. All veterinary pharmaceuticals and vaccines must be transported under proper cold-chain conditions as mandated by Sri Lankan veterinary regulations. The supplier bears full responsibility for any spoilage or degradation during transit within Sri Lanka Colombo.
6. The vendor warrants that all equipment and supplies are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum 12-month warranty is required on all capital equipment. The Veterinarian team will conduct periodic maintenance checks as per manufacturer guidelines.
7. This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of Sri Lanka Colombo or by arbitration under the Sri Lanka Arbitration Act.
8. The vendor agrees to provide after-sales technical support and training for all equipment purchased under this Purchase Order. The Veterinarian staff at our Colombo facility must be trained on the operation and maintenance of all capital equipment within 14 days of delivery.
9. Any modifications or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not valid under this Purchase Order.
10. The vendor shall maintain all relevant licenses and permits required for the sale and distribution of veterinary products in Sri Lanka Colombo throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and any subsequent orders.
