Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

  1. This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Valley Veterinary & Animal Health Services, a registered veterinary practice operating in Sudan Khartoum, and constitutes a binding commitment to purchase the goods and services listed herein upon acceptance by the vendor.
  2. All veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and biological products supplied under this Purchase Order must be registered and approved by the Sudan Veterinary Authority and the Ministry of Animal Resources, Republic of Sudan. The vendor shall provide certificates of analysis, batch numbers, and expiry dates for every shipment.
  3. Delivery of all items shall be made to the designated facility in Sudan Khartoum as specified in the Ship To section. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signed delivery receipt.
  4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the invoice, provided that all goods have been inspected and accepted by the Chief Veterinarian or her designated representative. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account at the Central Bank of Sudan, Khartoum branch.
  5. The vendor warrants that all equipment and supplies conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order and are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of no less than twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in Sudan Khartoum.
  6. Any delay in delivery beyond the dates specified in this Purchase Order shall entitle the buyer to a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10% of the total value. Delays exceeding fourteen (14) days shall give the buyer the right to cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part without penalty.
  7. All items must be properly labeled in Arabic and English. Veterinary medications and vaccines must carry clear dosage instructions, storage requirements, and contraindications suitable for use by veterinary professionals in Sudan Khartoum.
  8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum.
  9. The vendor acknowledges that the goods purchased under this Purchase Order are intended for use by licensed veterinarians and veterinary technicians in the provision of animal health services to the communities of Sudan Khartoum and surrounding agricultural regions.
  10. Any amendments or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
