Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Siam Veterinary Care & Supplies Co., Ltd., a registered veterinary practice in Thailand Bangkok, and constitutes a binding procurement request to the named supplier for the delivery of veterinary goods and equipment.
- All pharmaceutical items listed in this Purchase Order must carry valid Thai Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) registration numbers and must be suitable for administration by a licensed Veterinarian operating within Thailand Bangkok.
- The supplier shall ensure that all equipment (including the portable X-Ray machine and anesthesia machines) is installed, calibrated, and certified for safe use by a Veterinarian in a clinical setting in Thailand Bangkok prior to the final acceptance date.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall be made to the buyer's clinic premises at 88/12 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Thailand Bangkok 10110, no later than 28 June 2025.
- Payment of the full amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Thailand Bangkok.
- The supplier warrants that all veterinary supplies and equipment conform to the specifications described in this Purchase Order and are free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
- Any deviation from the items, quantities, or specifications listed in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the buyer's authorized Veterinarian representative before shipment.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Thailand Bangkok.
- The supplier acknowledges that the purchased items are intended exclusively for use by a qualified Veterinarian and veterinary support staff in the treatment of animals at the buyer's clinic in Thailand Bangkok.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations herein are fully discharged.
