- Delivery: All veterinary supplies listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated address in Uganda Kampala no later than 30th June 2025. The supplier shall bear all transportation and insurance costs until the goods are received and inspected at the Veterinarian facility.
- Quality Assurance: All pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and veterinary equipment must comply with the standards set by the Uganda National Drug Authority (UNDA) and the Uganda Veterinary Council. The supplier must provide certificates of analysis, batch numbers, and expiry dates for all Veterinarian products. Any expired or substandard items will be rejected at the buyer's expense.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Uganda Kampala. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any items that fail quality inspection.
- Veterinarian Services: The professional Veterinarian consultation and field services (Item 07) shall be rendered by a licensed Veterinarian registered with the Uganda Veterinary Council. The Veterinarian shall provide a written report of all procedures performed and shall adhere to the ethical code of practice as outlined by the Uganda Veterinary Council for practitioners operating in Uganda Kampala.
- Warranty: All equipment, including the portable veterinary ultrasound machines and surgical kits, shall carry a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. The supplier shall provide on-site repair or replacement within five (5) working days of a warranty claim.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to acts of God, government regulations, civil unrest, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within seven (7) days of the occurrence.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding veterinary supplies or Veterinarian services are not binding.
This Purchase Order is hereby issued and authorized by the undersigned on behalf of Kampala Veterinary Hospital & Animal Welfare Centre, Uganda Kampala. The supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all veterinary supply and Veterinarian service obligations as specified herein.
