- This Purchase Order is issued by Miami Veterinary Care Associates, LLC, a licensed veterinary practice operating in the United States Miami metropolitan area, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the vendor.
- All veterinary supplies and equipment listed herein must comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine standards applicable to the Veterinarian profession in the State of Florida.
