Terms and Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Veterinary Medical Center LLP, a licensed veterinary practice operating in Uzbekistan Tashkent, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of veterinary goods and equipment as itemized above.
  2. All veterinary medications, biological products, and diagnostic equipment listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Uzbekistan. The supplier shall provide all necessary certificates of origin, veterinary pharmaceutical registration documents, and quality assurance certificates prior to shipment.
  3. Delivery shall be made to the receiving address in Uzbekistan Tashkent no later than 21 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier is responsible for all customs clearance procedures at the Tashkent International Land Port of Entry and shall bear any demurrage or storage charges arising from delays in documentation.
  4. Payment shall be made via international wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods by the Veterinarian procurement team at the Tashkent facility. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
  5. All veterinary equipment and instruments must carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support and spare parts availability for a period of five (5) years for capital equipment (items 2, 7, and 9).
  6. The Veterinarian team at Tashkent Veterinary Medical Center LLP reserves the right to inspect and reject any goods that do not conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order, that are damaged in transit, or that lack the required regulatory approvals for use in Uzbekistan. Rejected items must be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fourteen (14) days.
  7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Center of the Tashkent Chamber of Commerce and Industry, located in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The language of arbitration shall be English.
  8. The supplier acknowledges that all veterinary pharmaceuticals and biological products delivered under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for use by licensed Veterinarian professionals at the Tashkent Veterinary Medical Center LLP and shall not be resold, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than veterinary care in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
  9. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or cross-border trade restrictions affecting the Central Asian region, shall relieve the affected party from performance obligations for the duration of such event, provided written notice is given within five (5) business days.
  10. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations herein are fully discharged. Amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the supplier and the Veterinarian buyer entity in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
