All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Saigon Veterinary Care Center facility located at 128 Nguyen Hue Boulevard, District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The supplier is responsible for arranging transportation within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area. Delivery is expected no later than 30 June 2025. The supplier must ensure that all pharmaceutical and vaccine items are transported under proper cold-chain conditions as required by Vietnamese veterinary regulations. Upon arrival, the designated Veterinarian in charge at the receiving facility will inspect all goods and sign the delivery receipt. Any discrepancies in quantity, condition, or expiry dates must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's account at Vietcombank, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City branch.
- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order; 60% balance payment within 15 business days after successful delivery and acceptance.
- Bank Account: MedVet Asia Distribution JSC — Account No: 0123456789 — Vietcombank, District 7, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Currency: All amounts are denominated in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
- Invoice: The supplier shall issue a VAT invoice (Hóa đơn GTGT) in accordance with Vietnamese tax law upon delivery.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and equipment must hold valid registration with the Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and comply with the standards of the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Department of Veterinary Services.
- The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and within their stated shelf life. Veterinary vaccines must have a minimum of 12 months remaining shelf life at the time of delivery.
- Warranty: Diagnostic and surgical equipment carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. The supplier shall provide after-sales technical support for all equipment listed in this Purchase Order.
- Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Veterinarian representative of the buyer and the authorized representative of the supplier.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and applicable veterinary trade regulations.
