1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Videographer supplier upon signature by both parties. All services shall be performed in compliance with Australian law, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable Queensland state regulations.
2. The Videographer shall provide all equipment, including but not limited to cinema-grade cameras, lenses, audio recording devices, lighting kits, and stabilisation rigs, necessary to complete the project within Australia Brisbane.
3. All filming locations within Australia Brisbane shall be coordinated by the Buyer. The Videographer is responsible for obtaining any additional permits required for filming in public spaces, parks, or restricted areas within the Australia Brisbane municipality.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Videographer. A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery of all completed video assets.
5. The Videographer shall deliver a first-cut edit within fourteen (14) business days of the final filming date. The Buyer shall have two (2) rounds of revisions included in the scope of this Purchase Order. Additional revisions shall be billed at the Videographer's standard hourly rate of AUD 185.00 per hour.
6. All intellectual property rights in the final delivered video content shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the Buyer's written approval.
7. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Australia Brisbane, the Videographer shall notify the Buyer within 24 hours, and filming dates shall be rescheduled at no additional cost to either party.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Australia Brisbane before proceeding to litigation in the Queensland Courts.
9. The Videographer shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance (minimum AUD 20,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance for the duration of the engagement in Australia Brisbane.
10. Confidentiality: The Videographer agrees to keep all non-public information, trade secrets, and unreleased content obtained during the production of this project strictly confidential, in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Order.
