All principal photography for this Purchase Order shall take place at the following locations within Australia Melbourne:

• Day 1: Southern Cross Media Productions HQ, Level 12, 88 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (interior corporate interviews and B-roll).
• Day 2: Southbank Promenade & Yarra River waterfront, Melbourne VIC 3006 (exterior lifestyle footage and drone aerials).
• Day 3: Federation Square & surrounding laneways, Melbourne VIC 3000 (urban establishing shots and product placement sequences).

The Videographer is responsible for obtaining any necessary location permits, council approvals, or drone flight clearances required by the City of Melbourne and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) prior to the commencement of filming.

1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall be deemed accepted upon written confirmation (email or signed copy) from the Videographer within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
2. Payment Terms: 40% deposit (AUD 10,973.60) due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. 60% balance (AUD 16,460.40) due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of the completed video asset. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account nominated by the Videographer.
3. Delivery Schedule: The Videographer shall deliver a rough cut for review no later than 10 business days after the final filming day. Final edited, colour-graded, and sound-mixed deliverables shall be provided within 20 business days of the final filming day.
4. Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the post-production fee. Additional revisions shall be billed at AUD 450.00 per hour, GST inclusive.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights, title, and interest in the finished video work, including all raw footage, shall vest in Southern Cross Media Productions Pty Ltd. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 30-day embargo from public release.
6. Insurance: The Videographer shall maintain, at their own cost, comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than AUD 20,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Australia Melbourne.
7. Compliance: The Videographer warrants that all services will be performed in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and all applicable Victorian state legislation governing commercial filming in public spaces.
